The tours are conducted under the operational management of Ultimate Hollywood Tours, operated by Hollywood Bus Tours, LLC, with locations in Los Angeles. Ultimate Hollywood Tours shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any defect or through the actions or omissions of any company or individual other than the motor coach transportation specified in this brochure. Ultimate Hollywood Tours reserves the right to alter or cancel tours, schedules, and prices, as well as substitute stops without prior notice and to utilize leased equipment when necessary. Tour operators and guides cannot provide specialized care or attention to guests with individual health or other needs due to their operational and safety responsibilities for the entire group. Acceptance of the motor coach transportation ticket constitutes agreement to these terms. Ultimate Hollywood Tours is not responsible for personal items left on the vehicle. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our tour route may be subject to change without prior notice. We are fully licensed and insured.
